In his article The Real World: The Parisian star has spoken out about his views on the Challenge spin-off show: It was an absolute honor to be a part of the Bunimov/Murray family. He said Mary-Ellis Bunim died during her season in Real World, so he never met her, but he said: I can feel his soul around us every time I’m at one of these studies. I consider the work of Bunim and Jonathan Murray to be one of the greatest social experiments of all time.

He continued:

Being chosen for the real world is the best thing that ever happened to me, but not because of where I lived or what I did. It’s because of the people I’ve met and the friends I’ve made. I was lucky enough to meet people from all over the world who were so different from me and yet so similar.

I am so incredibly grateful for the opportunity to learn how equal we all are, rather than different. I’ll never forget it, from this life to the next.
